Reconstruction of Toll Plaza Lądek was completed on 3 July. There are currently 14 lanes in operation (in the past there were 10), 6 in the direction of Poznan and 8 in the direction of Warsaw. Such a configuration was designated on the basis of traffic forecast indications. While the reconstruction was in progress the entire Toll Plaza Lądek was modernized and the remaining 10 lanes were upgraded to the standard of Toll Plazas being in operation on section Nowy Tomyśl – Świecko opened to use at the end of 2011. Modern safety and IT solutions were implemented.
