Rehabilitation of pavement at Rzepin interchange

On 9 June rehabilitation of pavement at Rzepin interchange will commence (around km 20 of A2 motorway).  The works will result in scheduled detours.  Drivers are requested to be alert and to abide by the temporary traffic organization signs.

The company Autostrada Wielkopolska II S.A. commences works involving the replacement of the wearing course  of the pavement on the Rzepin interchange located at km 20 of A2 motorway.  The resurfacing works are a token of the Concessionaire's diligence in terms of maintaining high quality of the road and providing travel comfort and safety to drivers using the motorway of Autostrada Wielkopolska. 

The works will be split into 10 phases, the first of which is scheduled to begin on 9 June.  The entire rehabilitation has been scheduled to be competed in the first half of 2021.

Phase one of the works will provide for the rehabilitation of the exit slip road from Poznań to the town of Rzepin and to National Road 92.  The recommended detour to the town of Rzepin will use National Road 92, i.e. the drivers using A2 motorway , for example from Poznań to Rzepin, will be requested to exit the motorway at Torzym interchange  into District Road 138 towards Torzym and further towards National Road 92 to Rzepin.  Further traffic disturbance is also anticipated on the northern roundabout and the County Road 1254F (towards the town of Rzepin).
