Pavement renovation of A2 on section Września-Konin

On Monday 14th of July at 6.00 starts next stage of pavement renovation of main road A2 motorway, section Września-Konin. There will be temporal traffic system on section 236km+200—240km+100. Southern roadway in direction of Warszawa will be closed for passage, there will be two-way passage on northern roadway in direction of Świecko.

On Sunday, 16th of July the section from 232km+300 to 236km+200 in direction of Warszawa will be reintroduced for passage. Next day, on Monday 17th of July at 6.00 closed for passage will be southern roadway in direction of Warszawa on section 240km+100—244km+200. there will be two-way passage on northern roadway in direction of Świecko.

Sections of renovated road will be changed successively, depending on works progress.

Works will be conducted according to heavy maintenance plan, that assumes (same as in case of public motorways) pavement renovation after 10 years of using. Works will last till October 2017.

The temporal traffic system was agreed with Provincial Police Headquarters in Poznań, General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Autostrada Wielkopolska Inc and Autostrada Eksploatacja Inc.
