Renovation works on trunk road DK29, DK2 and slip roads on Świecko Interchange

On Monday, 3rd of July begins another stage of renovation works within Świecko Interchange (3km of motorway). Works will be organized on trunk road DK29, DK2 and slip roads C, C1, D, D1 of Świecko Interchange. The renovation of mentioned objects will last till 17th of July.

Schemes of works will be changed depending on the weather conditions and current traffic intensity within the Interchange. There will be temporal traffic system.

Scheduled working schemes:

• Continuation of works on DK29 – composition of binding layer and wearing course on road. Scheduled finalization of works – 5/6.07.2017.
• 3.07—17.07.2017 works connected to reconstruction of horizontal marking, roadside cambering, regulation of gutters and resilient bars on slip roads C, C1, D, D1, on trunk road DK29 and renovated sections od DK2
• 3/4.07—7/8.07.2017 works on left roadway of DK2 (direction Świecko) – renovation of left and half of right lane, section 2,869km-3,375km — scheme 1
• 7/8.07—10/11.07.2017 works on left roadway of DK2 (direction Świecko) – renovation of right lane and emergency lane, section 2,869km-3,375km — scheme 2
• 10/11.07—14/15.07.2017 works on left roadway of DK2 (direction Świecko) – renovation of left and half of right lane, section 2,469km-2,849km — scheme 3

Works are conducted within Świecko Interchange. The executor of the works is Strabag LLC (person to contact with: Marcin Szczepański, tel. +48 695 020 857). The finalization of this part of works is scheduled for the 17th of July. Dates and sequences can change.

The temporal traffic system was agreed with Provincial Police Headquarters in Gorzów Wlkp., General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in Zielona Góra, Autostradą Wielkopolską Inc, Autostradą Eksploatacja Inc, National Road District in Słubice. German side was informed about renovation of Świecko Interchange by executor of works.
