Schedule of works on Poznań Komorniki Interchange – fourth week of renovation

On Monday, 17th of October this year began next part of pavement renovation on Poznań Komorniki Interchange, on the crossroad of trunk road DK5 and regional road DW196 with A2 motorway. The works are organized on eastern and western road of Poznańska Street in direction of Poznań and Wrocław. Renovation won’t last longer than till the end of October.

STAGE XI: 17-18.10 at 7.00 Closure of right and middle lane of Poznańska Street in direction of Wrocław (near Daimlera/Magazynowa crossing) and the entrance on Daimlera Street. Passage in direction of Wrocław on left lane of western road to the crossing, next reassigned to the left lane of eastern road. Changes on traffic system:

• Access to Daimlera Street from Poznań: through C.H Auchan roundabout and then Opłotki, Sycowska, Fabianowska and Daimlera Street.
• Access to Daimlera Street from Wrocław and from Magazynowa Street: Poznańska and Głogowska Street to Głogowska/Kowalewicka Interchange, back in direction of Wrocław through C.H Auchan roundabout, next Opłotki, Sycowska, Fabianowska and Daimlera Street.
• Access to Daimlera Street in direction of Poznań, Wrocław and A2: Daimlera, Fabianowska, Sycowska, Opłotki Street, through C.H Auchan roundabout.
• Access to Magazynowa Street from Poznań: Poznańska and Nizinna Street in Komorniki.
• Access to Magazynowa Street from Wrocław: Nizinna Street in Komorniki.
• Access to Magazynowa Street in direction of Wrocław: Nizinna Street in Komorniki.

STAGE XII: 19.10 Closure of left lane of Poznańska Street in direction of Wrocław, left and middle lane of Poznańska Street in direction of Poznań (near Daimlera/Magazynowa crossing) and the central part of crossing. Passage in direction of Wrocław on middle lane of western road, to Poznań on the right lane of eastern road. Changes on traffic system:
• Access to Daimlera Street from Wrocław and Magazynowa Street: Poznańska and Głogowska Street to Głogowska/Kowalewicka Interchange, back in direction of Wrocław through C.H Auchan roundabout, next Opłotki, Sycowska, Fabianowska and Daimlera Street.
• Access from Daimlera Street in direction of Poznań and A2: Daimlera, Fabianowska, Sycowska, Opłotki Street, through C.H Auchan roundabout.
• Access to Magazynowa Street from Poznań: Poznańska and Nizinna Street in Komorniki.
• Access to Magazynowa Street in direction of Wrocław: Nizinna Street in Komorniki.

STAGE XIII: 20.10 Closure of left lane of Poznańska Street in direction of Wrocław, left and right lane of Poznańska Street in direction of Poznań (near Daimlera/Magazynowa crossing) and the entrance on Magazynowa Street. Changes on traffic system:
• Access to Daimlera Street from Wrocław and Magazynowa Street: Poznańska, Głogowska Street to Głogowska/Kowalewicka Interchange, back in direction of Wrocław and through CH Auchan roundabout, then Opłotki, Sycowska, Fabianowska and Daimlera Street.
• Access to Magazynowa Street from Poznań: Poznańska and Nizinna Street in Komorniki.
• Access to Magazynowa Street from Wrocław: Nizinna Street in Komorniki.
• Access from Magazynowa Street in direction of Poznań and Wrocław: Nizinna Street in Komorniki.

From 21.10 there will be reintroduction of works from STAGE XII.

Works cover changes in binder and wearing layers. The executor of the works is Strabag LLC (person to contact: Marcin Szczepański, tel. +48 695 020 857). The passage on all lanes of the crossing will be redux in all directions around 21st of October. Till the 24th of October there will be carried out works connected to horizontal marks and finalization of the renovation.

The temporal traffic system was agreed with Provincial Police Headquarters in Poznań, City Roads Authority in Poznań, Traffic Road Management in Poznań, Urban Traffic Engineer, Komorniki Commune Office, District Road Management in Poznań and General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Poznań division.
