As of 1st of May this year applications for exemption from tolls for humanitarian transport carrying aid for Ukrainian residents are considered from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
Remember to report your ride, min. 24 hours in advance. E-mail: ua@awsa.pl If you are planning humanitarian transport at the weekend or on Monday, please submit your application no later than the preceding Friday at 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n
The notification should include:
\n1. Name of the institution \/ organization implementing humanitarian aid. If the transport is carried out on behalf of a humanitarian organization, please attach the confirmation from the organization.
\n2. Contact details (e-mail address)
\n3. Registration number of vehicles transporting humanitarian aid
\n4. The planned date and route for vehicles transporting humanitarian aid
\n5. Signature of the person authorized to represent the humanitarian organization<\/p>\n
Sending the application is not tantamount to obtaining a fee exemption. You should wait for confirmation of the positive consideration of the application by the Company or for further instructions.<\/p>\n
