For whistleblowers

Remember, under the Whistleblower Protection Act, if you report a signal in good faith, you are protected by law! As a Company, we prohibit any retaliation against whistleblowers and protect the identities of whistleblowers, their affiliates and those who assisted in making the report. There is a special channel for reporting irregularities in Autostrada Eksploatacja SA. . Reports can be made by both company employees and business partners.  Thanks to the email address sygnalista@aesa.pl, those reporting irregularities can remain anonymous if they wish. The signal in each case goes directly to the Compliance Officer, who is obliged to investigate the case.

As long as the whistleblower leaves a contact (even if only by e-mail) he will receive:

  • within 7 days of receipt of the report, information on the initiation of an investigation;
  • after the investigation is completed, information on whether the information provided by the whistleblower is confirmed, and if so, what further steps the company will take in the case.

How to report irregularities ?

I have reported and what next?

  • Once the application is accepted, we will proceed to verify it
  • Within 7 days of filing the notification, the whistleblower will receive from us a confirmation of acceptance of the notification.
  • Within 3 months, the whistleblower will receive information from us about the follow-up actions taken by the Company
