Big difficulties on A2 – Poznań East Interchange

In connection with the works related to wearing course exchange on section Poznań-Września, temporary traffic system will be introduced on indicated section of motorway. It may be connected with large difficulties at the Poznań East Interchange.

Schedule of works:

• 10.09 – 18.09 at the height of the Poznań East interchange (section 179km+250 – 176km+050) will be closed of northern road (Świecko direction), the traffic will take place of southern road-lanes drive (Warszawa direction). Possibility of entry and exit on the Poznań East interchange, however, joing traffic on the motorway will be very difficult. Joining traffic on the motorway for those traveling from Gniezno towards Poznań by the S5 road without the STOP sign. Traffic on the motorway brought to one lane, but with the possibility of joining on the principle of “driving on the lock”. Estimated working time: 8 days.

• 13.09 – 21.09 on the A2 section 176km+050 – 171km+500 will be closed of northern road (Świecko direction), the traffic will take place of southern road-lanes drive (Warszawa direction). Estimated working time: 8 days.

• This means that between 13.09 and 18.09 two sections of A2 will be closed. (179km+250 to 171km+500). Traffic on the section from Toll Plaza Nagradowice 181km+300 to 179km+250 will be led by a fast lane on the northern road (Świecko direction) and on section 179km+250 to 176km+ 600 the traffic will take place of southern road-lanes drive (Warszawa direction).

• 17.09 – no possibility of entry to Rest or Service Area Tulce (including the petrol station). Estimated working time: from morning for a maximum of 12 hours.
