Renovation works on trunk road DK2, DK29 and slip roads on Świecko Interchange 11.07-3.08.2017

On Tuesday, 11th of July begun another stage of renovation works within Świecko Interchange (3km of motorway). Works will be organized on trunk road DK29, DK2 and slip roads C, C1, D, D1 of Świecko Interchange. The renovation of mentioned objects will last till 3rd of August.

Schemes of works (especially stages 3, 4, 5) can be changed depending on the weather conditions and current traffic intensity within the Interchange. There will be temporal traffic system.

Scheduled working schemes:

• Continuation of works on DK29 and slip roads C, C1, D, D1 – works connected to reconstruction of horizontal marking, roadside cambering, regulation of gutters and resilient bars on slip roads. Scheduled finalization of works – 30.07.2017.
• 11.07.2017 works on left roadway of DK2 (direction Świecko) – renovation of emergency and half of right lane, section 2,469km-2,869km; possible use of slip road D — scheme 1
• 17.07—19/20.07.2017 works on left roadway of DK2 (direction Świecko) – renovation of left and half of right lane, section 2,469km-2,869km — scheme 2
• 19/20.07—22/23.07.2017 works on left roadway of DK2 (direction Świecko) – renovation of left and half of right lane, section 2,046km-2,469km — scheme 3
• 22/23.07—24/25.07.2017 works on left roadway of DK2 (direction Świecko) – renovation of emergency and half of right lane, section 2,046km-2,469km — scheme 4
• 24/25.07—27/28.07.2017 works on final part of slip road C (on exit and part of DK2) – pavement layering — scheme 5
• 31.07—2/3.08.2017 works on right roadway of DK2 (direction Warszawa) – renovation of emergency and half of right lane, section 2,046km-2,469km — scheme 6

Works are conducted within Świecko Interchange. The executor of the works is Strabag LLC (person to contact with: Marcin Szczepański, tel. +48 695 020 857).

The temporal traffic system was agreed with Provincial Police Headquarters in Gorzów Wlkp., General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in Zielona Góra, Autostrada Wielkopolska Inc, Autostrada Eksploatacja Inc, National Road District in Słubice. German side was informed about renovation of Świecko Interchange by executor of works.
