Finalization works on Poznań Komorniki Interchange

On Thursday, 3rd of November this year began last part of pavement renovation on Poznań Komorniki Interchange, on the crossroad of trunk road DK5 and regional road DW196 with A2 motorway. The works are organized on eastern and western road of Poznańska and Głogowska Street in direction of Poznań and Wrocław. Finalization works are scheduled till 6th of November.

The schedule of temporal traffic system:

Alternate left, right and emergency lanes of western and eastern road before and after the bridge object WD107 will be closed. Present works aim to recreate the dilatation on the object WD107 in direction of Wrocław (western road) and caulk existing dilatation in direction of Poznań (eastern road).

• Closure of right and emergency lane of western road in direction of Wrocław and of right and emergency lane of eastern road in direction of Poznań. Operations organized within the object WD107, all slip lines are open for passage. Works are planned for the first part of 3.11.2016.

• Right and emergency lane of western road in direction of Wrocław are closed. Closure of left lane of eastern road in direction of Poznań. Operations organized within the object WD107, all slip lines are open for passage. Works are planned for the second part of 3.11.2016.

• Closure of left lane of western road in direction of Wrocław, all lanes of eastern road in direction of Poznań are open. Operations organized within the object WD107, all slip lines are open for passage. Works are planned for the 4.11.2016.

The executor of the works is Strabag LLC (person to contact: Marcin Szczepański, tel. +48 695 020 857). Finalization works will last till 6th of November. Dates can change due to adverse weather conditions.

The temporal traffic system was agreed with Provincial Police Headquarters in Poznań, City Roads Authority in Poznań, Traffic Road Management in Poznań, Urban Traffic Engineer, Komorniki Commune Office, District Road Management in Poznań and General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Poznań division.
